@Ask_Spectrum That is the reply? This isn’t an one-time customer service issue. I called and made an appointment to have a tech come out between 4-5 pm. Re-arranged my schedule in order to make it work. Received a text near 5 saying the tech would arrive by 5:15 - the last communication.

@GetSpectrum Day 57 of less mediocre service. Dropped 2x last 10 minutes. Multiple x's a day...no credit...no solution. Getting ready to get people together...already contacted a council member. No more excuses!

@GetSpectrum I am so frustrated with your service. Won’t take payments then call me saying I haven’t paid. Tell me you are taking care of the fee for your system not taking it and an hours on the phone and your top supervisors Mike/Kelly heard the call and can’t make it right!

@GetSpectrum Please don’t! Been with them almost two years and they can’t even take a payment then call and act like you didn’t pay! Mike and Kelly ( the supervisors) were no help after hours on the phone. They actually were pretty rude.

@PeytonGamez @Ask_Spectrum You know that WiFi isn’t really what they sell. That’s sort of like saying when are you going to get some good speakers to Spotify. They sell a service that hooks up to your WiFi.

@Ask_Spectrum Why doesn't the FREE @NBA League Pass not work on your service? It actually hasn't for several years. They offer the service for free for several days, but we can't take advantage of the free preview

Boo on @GetSpectrum! Worse customer service. Made an appointment, no one showed during the window, & now an hour past. Dialed the Call Center and no one can assist. Said they can’t help and that Dispatch would have to get involved. Time to cancel service and move to @googlefiber.
